目的：探讨关节镜下应用同种异体跟腱四骨道双束解剖重建前交叉韧带的手术方法和临床疗效。方法：对32例采用关节镜下同种异体跟腱四骨道双束解剖重建方法的前交叉韧带损伤患者，通过术前及术后随访，Lysholm评分表进行膝关节功能的评估和疗效分析。结果：按照Lysholm评分表，31例患者(96.9%)分级评价优良，1例一般(3.1%)，优良率达到96.9%。结论：关节镜下同种异体跟腱四骨道双束解剖重建前交叉韧带，能够有效的恢复膝关节的前后向及旋转稳定性, 更接近于解剖生物力学重建，同种异体跟腱移植物的应用可以缩短手术时间，减少创伤，是双束解剖重建ACL的良好选择之一。

Arthroscopic and clinical study 4 bone-tunnel double-bundle ACL reconstruction using achilles tendon allograft

ABSTRACT

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical result of 4 bone-tunnel anatomic double-bundle (DB) anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with achilles tendon allograft. Methods: 32 patients with isolated ACL injuries were treated at our institution.The patients were followed up prior to and after reconstruction with clinical examination, Lysholm score. Results: According to Lysholm knee rating system, joint function of 31 cases reached excellent and good level, 1 case reached common level, and the total rate of excellence and good was 96.9%. Conclusion: Arthroscopic 4 bone-tunnel double-bundle ACL reconstruction using achilles tendon allograft, can effectively recovery the stability and knee function, avoid the complications of autografts, and more close to anatomical biomechanical ACL. It also has advantages in terms of easy operation and small injury. It becomes a good choise for double-bundle ACL reconstruction.
