【摘要】 目的 探讨瓣膜置换手术同期行双极射频消融治疗心房纤颤(AF)的效果。方法选择37例有瓣膜置换手术指征的患者，随机分成2组，瓣膜置换合并房颤同期行双极射频消融组21例，行常规换瓣置换术的16例，比较两种手术方法的早期治疗效果。结果 观察组13例恢复窦性心律，转复率为81.3%。观察组1年后心功能明显优于对照组。结论 RHD合并AF术中同期行Atricure双极RFA手术治疗安全、省时、效果好。

Using the bipolar radiofrequency ablation to treat atrial fibrillation during on the valve replacement surgery

【Abstract】-ive To investigate the effectiveness of atricure TM ablation in the patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)undergoing open-heart surgery. Methods Thirty-seven cases of valvular heart disease with chronic AF undergone RFA or procedure cardiac surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results In treated group 16 cases record sinus rhythm, 13 cases recored sinus rhythm, 3 remained in AF postoperatively. The heart function of treated group is better than observation group in one year after operation. Conclusion RFA for RHD with AF is safe, time-saving and it can achieve good results.
