【摘要】 目的 探讨先天性冠状动脉瘘的外科治疗方法和经验。方法 先天性冠状动脉瘘13例，除2例在全麻常温下手术治疗，其余11例均在全麻低温体外循环下行手术治疗。结果全组无手术死亡。随访6个月～5年，无远期死亡和严重并发症。结论 先天性冠状动脉瘘的外科手术是治疗先天性冠状动脉瘘安全有效的方法，远期效果良好。

【Abstract】 -ive To summerize Surgical treatment of congenital coronary artery fistula .Methods Among 13 patients who had congenital coronary artery fistula,except 2 patients were operated under entire hemp,the other 11 ones were operated under the entire hemp low temprature outside cycle.Results nobody died.During the following treatment of 6 months to 5 years,we found no forward death and serious complication.Conclusion surgical treatment of congenital coronary artery fistula is safe and effective,which has good forward effect.
